If you would like to report a lost or stolen ATM/Debit Card, after normal business hours, please call 1-800-887-0555. It has been brought to our attention that several customers have received telephone calls notifying them their debit card has been disabled. These customers were asked to provide confidential card information in order to have their cards reactivated. Citizens Bank & Trust Co. does not request personal debit card information via the telephone at any time, it is against Bank policy. If you have received one of these calls and feel your card has been compromised, please contact us at (985) 892-3776 for assistance. Citizens Bank & Trust Co. is participating in the FDICs Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through December 31, 2010 all non-interest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDICs general deposit insurance rules. For purposes of this Program, IOLTAs and NOW accounts that earn interest at the rate of 0.25% or less are also fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. NOW accounts that earn more than 0.25% will be covered under the FDICs general insurance rules.
